Reconstruction

  • After 45 years, LSU Masjid Al Noor needs reconstruction to accommodate high number of LSU Muslim students, their families, and families of nearby Muslim Community.
    • The Proposed Plan of New 5 story building will include:
      • Level 01 (Ground Level): Parking
      • Level 02: Men and Women Prayer Area
      • Level 03: Dining, Activity, Dawah Center
      • Level 04 and Level 05: Students and Family Units, to cover the Operating Cost of the masjid

Cost and Donation

  • The estimated construction cost of the new mosque is approximately $5 million. ICBR Board has raised approximately $300,000 up to date.
